I design connected products, test my way to better answers, and make the teams around me stronger.

I'm a hands-on product designer and design leader with 12+ years of experience, from self-service kiosks to AI that keeps people in control. I originated the vision for a connected product suite and designed core experiences around a shared profile, so users wouldn't have to start over.

I challenge assumptions, including my own. I defended a job feed without a search bar to UX leadership because research backed it. When I doubted a kiosk change Public Storage requested, I A/B tested it and discovered they were right. I led six designers and writers the same way, inviting them to challenge me while I kept designing and shipping alongside them.
